For many, their daily lives include their cellphones. A study done in America, states that 90% of the population currently has a cellphone.
These cellphones can either be smartphones such as Android, IOS, or maybe even Windows. Though these phones might just standard cellphones with no internet connection.
There is an application made for everything and anything these days, that’s why cellphones are currently the most used gadget of the year. There are currently applications which can lock your house doors, tune your guitar, start your car, and even control the temperature within your house. The possibilities of these applications are endless. Currently schools are even implementing training via applications. There are schools which provide students with iPads to use while learning. They then create custom applications or games which help students learn without knowing that they’re learning.
Technology has come a long way since the beginning, there are constantly new gadgets being invented and released. Recently the gadget in which is gaining the most popularity are smartwatches. These watches synchronize with cellphones to give the user notifications as well as updates. There are even talks in which these smartwatches are able to give step by step directions from a GPS. It seems to be that smartwatches are the next gadget to be booming, it would not be surprising if next year these smartwatches are the most used gadget of the year.
Taking a look at other gadgets which are used daily, cameras, music players, flashlights, alarm clocks, cars, headphones, speakers. All of the gadgets which were just listed are some of the things which are used daily. However a smartphone includes a camera, alarm clock, as well as speakers. The smartphone is like a Swiss army knife for life with all it’s uses, some of which are still hidden. Eventually there would be an application for everything, and the only gadget we would need to carry around would be a smartphone.
